TPM Senior Change & Implementation Manager

Location - London

Daily rate - £523 - £670/day PAYE/Umbrella

Start date - ASAP

Contract - 6 Months

Our financial services client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Change & Implementation Manager Lead to join the team. TPM has an in-flight global change programme that aims to establish how TPM will operate in the bank from 2021 onwards. This includes multiple work packages that will deliver changes across:

  • Policies and standards
  • Business processes
  • Tools and technology
  • People and organisation (incl. Organisational Design - OD)
  • Risk metrics and reporting

Overseeing all of this is the Programme Management and Governance team which includes a Change and Implementation Workstream. This covers all Global Businesses. Global Functions and Regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stakeholder and sponsor buy in, agreement and support for the new process organisational design (OD)
  • Ensure the bank has a cohesive understanding of the direction TPM is moving to achieve the target state
  • Ensure the successful 'go-live' and embedding of the new Target Operating Model so that role holders are executing their new roles effectively and the bank is managing risk of working with third parties to the required high standards
  • Working as a key lead of the TPM Transformation programme to ensure delivery success
  • Working close to all senior stakeholders across GB, GFs and Regions (GCB2+)
  • Looking to deliver change impact analysis - understanding what the impact is on the audience and how to best help the audience adopt the change
  • High level change analysis
  • Detailed change impact assessments
  • Change Personas and Change Journeys
  • Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Plans
  • Recognition Plans
  • Support TNAs and Training Deployment
  • Usage and Adoption Plans
  • Business Readiness Reporting
  • Transition to BAU

Key Requirements:

  • Change & Implementation: deep expertise in full lifecycle delivering from Initiation through to Closure, focusing on delivering sustainable change in the business, that delivers benefits and positive outcomes for our staff, customers and shareholders.
  • PROSCI or PCI Certified Practitioner and / or Consultancy equivalent
  • Consultancy and Industry experience
  • Ability to bring back to what the impact of change is on audience - Key to this role
  • Ability to translate theory based change into a pragmatic approach
  • Experience of Risk / Regulatory and / or Procurement and / or Operating Model Transformation Programmes preferred
  • AGILE: previous experience of delivering change in AGILE programmes preferred, as well as and Waterfall programmes
  • Delivered C&I work-streams for large, complex global business transformation programmes in the bank
  • Experience 10+ years in Change & Implementation across industry and consultancy
  • Able to think and work strategically, and work independently
  • Experience in coaching and supporting Change Leaders, Change Agents
