Oddschecker Global Media ("OGM") is an iGaming publishing group with a team of over 150 motivated and hardworking individuals based across the globe. Having long being aligned with Sky Betting & Gaming, we have recently been acquired by Bruin Capital in 2021

OGM comprises three affiliate brands (Oddschecker, WhoScored, CasinoSmash) and a digital media agency (VIME) with offices in the UK, Barcelona and Lithuania, and products operated in regulated markets across the world, including in the UK, USA, Australia and across Europe.

OGM is a market leader in the gambling affiliate space with oddschecker being the leading name in odds comparison globally. The UK online gambling industry has been one of the fastest growing and technologically innovative sectors over the last 5 years and OGM has been at the centre of this. Our current focus is on product innovation and international expansion.

Role Purpose/Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our HR team, reporting to OGM's HR Business Partner. Who

will manage the first stage of the recruiting process, supporting the rapid growth of our business by recruiting talent across marketing, tech and product along with other areas as needed.

Talent Sourcer responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.


  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
  • Work closely with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand candidate requirements
  • Craft and send recruiting emails
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Skills/ Experience

You should be a team player, with ambition and a keen interest in working in a digital business. You should be passionate about recruitment, love speaking to people and making a positive change to an organisation.

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
  • Experience liaising with Hiring Managers to understand requirements
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) - Preferable, but not a 'must-have'
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
