Location: Nuneaton & Hybrid working
Compensation: £45,000 - £50,000 + car allowance
Role Type: Full Time

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Rewards and Benefits professional to be the subject matter expert over the implementation and administration of total rewards programs and project management of key strategic compensation initiatives.

What will you be doing?

  • Taking ownership and developing company benefits philosophy and strategy
  • Working with the Senior Leadership team to design programmes and recommend changes to the existing offering
  • Developing the benefits offering when entering new countries
  • Building benefits communication strategy

  • Compensation & Benefits practices and understanding
  • Ability to collaborate across boundaries, disciplines and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment
  • Demonstrated analytical skills in problem definition and solution development
  • Labour market economics and analysis of competitive compensation practices
  • Leading implementation of complex changes to HR processes in an organization
  • Strong creative drive, customer orientation and ability to execute
