Job Title; Recruitment Project Coordinator

What you'll do:
* Support the Talent Acquisition team with international candidate relocation, including VISAs (working with external immigration lawyers and internal Global Mobility team)
* Responsible for coordinating the employee referral programme, including supporting recruiters managing candidates and working with the onboarding teams to process referral bonus payments
* Own the project plan for the 2022 Recruitment Plan, including managing the budget for brand and attraction, paying invoices, and working with Procurement & Finance on new and existing statements of work
* Working closely with our recruitment suppliers, ensuring statement of work milestones are met, and invoices are paid on time and in line with policy
* Coordinating large exec meetings / steering groups, including liaising with PAs / EAs, booking rooms, and working on presentations / data packs

What you'll bring:
* Previous experience with project coordination, ideally in a Recruitment or People Function or in a large matrix environment
* Proven organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills (including with internal stakeholders and external suppliers)
* Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to be proactive and suggest and implement changes to process / new solutions
