My client is a global leader in the Oil & Energy sector. Currently we're looking for a talented Project Coordinator to support the New Product Development team.

The Project Coordinator monitors the execution of business projects of moderate size and complexity, and also assists Project Managers by monitoring the execution of project work packages linked to significant, complex business projects. The Project Coordinator works with all business functions to help ensure that schedule, budget, scope, and quality requirements are met.

The role co-ordinates projects end-to-end in line with defined Project Management standards, through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, and acts as the primary client point of contact. The role interfaces directly with Project Managers and senior management as necessary to report project status.


  • Proven ability and experience in a business co-ordination role
  • Experience working to recognised Project Management Standards
  • Industry-recognised Project Management qualification preferred but not essential
