Job Description

  • Maintain an accurate workforce plan, focusing on Field Engineers, Field Specialists and Field Operators, for existing and upcoming jobs weekly to 3 months
  • Review activity forecasts and competency requirements for upcoming activity.
  • Ensure sufficient resources are available to meet the job requirement
  • Coordinate workforce resources to ensure correct profiles are assigned to job in a timely and efficient manner
  • Own & drive the workforce objectives and ensure the full implementation and adoption

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling and mobilization of personnel to/from and between rigs and service delivery locations.
  • Identify the required competency profile for the job and review employee allocation with job managers
  • Evaluate country specific medical and safety training requirements to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with visa and immigration team to ensure field employees comply with immigration and social regulations
  • Assign employees to jobs in the planning system of record
  • Review workforce availability and escalate to Workforce Manager to manage imbalances
  • Maintain effective balance of days of rest, vacation, and rig days for field employees
  • Control rig site crew size for area of responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field
  • Min 1-2 years of experience in resource management or project coordination or client servicing
  • General understanding of drilling operations
  • Microsoft Office skills required
  • English speakers
  • Strong service delivery mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in planning, organizing & prioritize work
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Resourceful, proactive, and having a problem-solving mindset.
  • Capable to work under pressure and to manage stress.
  • Experience in resource planning / scheduling
