We have a new office in Reigate and I am looking for a temp to assist me with a number of basic admin tasks whilst we await the perm office manager being appointed.
I am looking for someone who can;
* Booking desks on a spreadsheet and allocate parking spaces
* Welcome employees to the building and show them on a plan where the desk is they have booked for the day.
* Arranging and receiving courier items for IT (100 items per month)
* Receiving and managing inbound and outbound post (small items such as headsets and keyboards from IT again 100 items per month)
* Managing the Royal Mail business account and printing postage as appropriate.
* Ordering from Tesco's Milk etc. for those in the office
* Teething issues with cleaning / maintenance / where things go
* Issuing locker keys
* Issuing ID cards
* First point of contact in the office
They will be stand alone in the office but I will be available on the phone for them.
Looking for someone who has been a receptionist / PA / Admin Assistant who can be trusted with these tasks.
Since they will be be working onsite, they will need to comply to AIG's COVID policy.
Needs to be in commutable distance to the office.
