Title: Materials Fulfilment Coordinator
Rate: £16 p/h
Duration: 12 months
Location: Gloucester
My client is looking for a Materials Fulfilment Coordinator with both strong communication and organisational skills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate material fulfilment of critical customer requirements in line with the Original Equipment (OE) & Spares order book schedule.
- Work with our Production Controllers & other internal stakeholders cross-functionally, solving problems to ensure we deliver on time to our customers.
- Highlight material risk through the Critical Material Review board and work collaboratively to meet our customer expectations.
- Provide regular updates to our customer operations team to highlight any supply risks and opportunities.
- Analyse On-time Delivery (OTD) & Delinquency metrics to understand where to improve and forecast these metrics monthly.
- Report findings in standard business meetings.
Criteria:
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to analyse and solve problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills - Intermediate/ Advanced
- Strong Data and Metric analysis skills.
- Knowledge of ERP system and ability to demonstrate required knowledge of ERP.
- Approaches tasks with a "can-do" attitude and a sense of commitment to customer objectives and the team.
