Key Responsibilities

  • Engage the Group Procurement team and form working groups for feedback on current issues
  • Create and present solutions to issues raised to IR35 stakeholders with the support of CMO team
  • Own, create and update collateral documentation to IR35 policy, processes and guidance
  • Work with CMO team to promote stakeholder engagement on IR35 including intranet site, communications, teams channels and training.
  • Execute a data cleanse of IR35 data
  • Provide overall programme leadership, guidance, and manage all aspects of the IR35 programme,
  • Demonstrate extensive business acumen and professional judgement in applying the IR35 framework
  • Promote collaboration and coordination across stakeholders
  • Lead meetings and foster teamwork; drive escalation and resolution of issues
  • Provide technical expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of IR35 Program
  • Provide programme reporting and status to senior management
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all levels of the matrix organization
  • Defines and reports on project progress and achievement of project milestones, regularly updating key stakeholders on project status.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and implements changes through working with the PMO team.
  • Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered
  • Continually update relevant business stakeholders of project status and periodically publish project status reports
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives
  • Ensure end results are of the highest calibre with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit
  • Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working whilst mitigating the risks

  • Strong planning, organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the proven ability to work effectively with all organisational levels
  • Excellent at managing and influencing a wide network of stakeholders, including senior management, who can influence and build relationships
  • Willing and able to challenge customers and stakeholders to better understand their needs
  • Expert knowledge of IR35 regulation and impact in the Supply Chain
  • Excellent documentation skills;
  • Ability to promptly identify and escalate issues, which may affect the delivery or quality of agreed objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements


  • Experience of Group Procurement function
  • Global experience - working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously
  • Experience in large investment banking or financial services organisations
