Title: Deployment Lead
Location: Leeds
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Up to £900 per day (Inside IR35)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be the bridge between the Change & Adoption and Technical workstreams to ensure plans align
- Support a team of Deployment Leads who will be the Divisional point of contact(s) for all programme interventions and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Produce a weekly regional status report to PMO
- Effectively communicate clear, concise, and accurate statuses to project sponsors, steering committees, IT teams and deployment teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand the business needs and context.
- Support the countries with reporting activities and plan reporting reminders relating to project management activity
- Resolve and mitigate risks, issues and impediments and when necessary escalate to the appropriate Workstream Leads or Programme Director where required.
- Monitor and resolve dependencies that could impact or delay delivery of the programme
Desired skill and knowledge
- 5+ years' experience in HR Project Management
- In-depth Programme management experience; certified in Project Management is a plus
- Experience in Workday deployment including testing, cutover, integrations, and data; any other HR tool is a minimal requirement
- Functional Workday experience preferable or previous Workday project manager/implementation
- Knowledge of enterprise IT
- Able to clearly articulate technical work to non-technical business owners
- Coordination skills
- Drive decision taking
