Title: HR Transformation Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £633 Umbrella (Inside IR35)


Roles and Responsibilities
The Global HR Transformation programme has commenced and we need to manage this change whilst continuing to deliver a great service, day in and day out. Alongside the HR Transformation programme, we want to continue to make improvements in the way we work with the business and together and this means thinking about how we engage in a hybrid environment, how we make a difference to the employee experience, design and development of electronics in critical projects

  • Lead on project managing the various UK workstreams under HR Transformation
  • Lead on multiple HR projects - establishing and leading working group(s) to scope, design and implement deliverables;
    - Confirm project objectives including ROI/business value, determine scope (what's in and out of scope), project objectives, determine resource and budget needs, identify and work within project constraints
    - Develop and maintain detailed project plans with key intra-project and inter-project dependencies and manage them accordingly, identifying the key project tasks on the critical path
    - Raise and manage risks/issues associated with the scope, removing blockers and finding ways forward- Create & deliver against communication plans to ensure all stakeholders remain engaged and supportive.
  • Support and engaged with the HRD team; supporting with HRD Strategy Days and supporting the ongoing development of the HR community
  • Support with data-driven decision making; preparation and presentation of data to drive activity and decision making in areas such as gender progression, attrition and retention

* Ability to lead & influence others - without direct management responsibility
