HR Integrations Lead / Manager

Location: London, UK / Remote role

Contractor Role - Initially 6 month's, potential to extend.

Daily rate: Up to £550 pd PAYE or up to £705.76 pd via Umbrella

HSBC are looking for a HR Integrations Manager to join their team based in London. This role is fully remote and flexible on location!

The role will report into the Project Manager for the Senior Banding Review, with a dotted line into the HR Integrations Manager. This is a new role in HR and has been identified to ensure that both our data feeds and downstream customers are fully prepared and enabled ahead of the launch of the new Senior Bandings in 2022.

Overall accountabilities include:

  • Review of all existing Integrations against the projects criteria
  • Consulting services with up and downstream teams (Non HR) on the change and its impacts
  • Plan, monitor and track change activities and regression tests
  • Clear communication / single point of co-ordination for the Integrations work stream
  • Maintain accurate documentation on integration inventory and business contacts
  • Project management to agreed timelines
  • Progress reports into the wider program
  • Responsible for ensuring that all integrations and associated customers are prepared for the new banding changes
  • Minimizing business risk, ensuring continuity of services through the change period
  • Accountable for integrations deliverable within the wider change program
  • Creates a virtual network within and outside of the HR function
  • Works on own initiative, understands when to escalate
  • Responsible for working on a day-to-day basis with HR Integrations Manager, HRIT and downstream consumers of HR data in the wider business

The candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in HR with a strong understanding of how data and process impact systems
  • Understanding of the mechanics of integrations and data models
  • Good project management and organizational skills with a sound understanding of risk based methodologies
  • Excellent eye for detail and a proven ability to think through and clearly articulate complex issues
  • Good communication, interpersonal and client facing skills
  • Both a teamwork approach and self-motivated self-sufficiency
  • Ability to work flexibly, take responsibility for all areas of work as required and adapt to change
  • Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve challenges and issues.
  • Stakeholder Management / Influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively target messages to different audiences
