HR Business Partner (Engineering)

This is an exciting developmental role in a busy and fast paced Human Resources Department of this rapidly expanding Automotive business.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for an experienced HRBP to take full responsibility of the growing Engineering Department.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the Head of People Operations with various human resource management related business matters
  • Leading HR agenda development to improve strategies, policies and practices
  • Partnering with the Engineering team and key stakeholders to define and implement the HR and culture strategy
  • Communicating new ideas and solutions to business issues to the senior management team
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with the current legislation

The experience you'll bring

  • Qualified to degree level in a HR discipline or proven demonstrative industry experience
  • Proven HRBP experience, supporting and working with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience of HR metrics
  • Broad HR generalist with excellent employee relations experience
  • Sound Talent management experience
  • Experience within a scale-up environment highly advantageous
