Role: Head of Inbound Sales

Location: Leeds
Duration: Initial 3 month contract, extension to follow
Rate: Up to £400/day inside IR35

Our client are a broadcaster and telecommunications company that provides television and broadband Internet services, fixed line and mobile telephone services to consumers and businesses in the United Kingdom. They are looking for an experience Head of Inbound Sales to their sales team during a period of fast growth.

What you'll do:

* Key member of senior Sales Team focusing on next 12 months strategic growth; leading the entire sales strategy
* Support the development the sales strategy and vigorously executes the plan to achieve business targets and KPIs
* Lead the Sales team to deliver a high quality, solution-sales focused organisation that can scale with the growth of the business
* Be accountable for on-going sales execution to deliver monthly sales targets, ensuring the quality of service is consistent
* Provide customer insight to enable continuous findings and drive evolution.
* Trading focused and commercially aware, you'll be continually looking for opportunities to drive profitability and faster growth for the business
* Partner with product management to trial and scale sales of new B2B products
* Play a meaningful role as a key member of the B2B Comms Sales Leadership team
* Build and lead a high performing team; living and breathing values and ensure the team is properly mentored and developed

What you'll bring:

* Significant growth expected in this channel in the next 6-9 months. This person should have experience delivering exponential growth targets.
* Experienced contact centre leader
* B2B telecom experience
* Able to mentor and evolve the team & grow HC in line with budget
* Improve processes and execution to deliver growing conversion rates
* Inclusive leader supporting a winning and entrepreneurial culture
* Commercially astute and comfortable with optimising a set of revenue driving KPIs
* Proven track record managing a team of ambitious individuals to work together to achieve aggressive sales targets in a high transaction, telecom sales organisation through multiple sales channels and multiple product
* Resilient in the face of obstacles and experienced in working in an energetic business with constantly evolving capabilities and demands
* Relentless about achieving sales results even in the face of the challenges of an upbeat, fledgling business
