Job Title: Hardware Engineer

As a Hardware Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the product development and sustaining processes for existing products in series production. You will be involved in fault analysis and correction, system design testing, and optimization. Additionally, you will contribute to supplier management, provide technical support for volume manufacturing, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Conduct fault analysis and correction of series products (Electron optics, mechanical systems, signal detectors, electronics, vacuum systems, anti-vibration systems, and high-voltage power supplies).
Test, characterize, and document system designs to meet specifications.
Manage Quality topics as an A3-8D owner, defining and leading a small team.
Optimize systems based on a strengths and weaknesses analysis.
Test software design and report bugs.
Analyse and define test strategies/specifications, maintaining test procedures for production.
Ensure the controlled sign-off of parts into series production through the First Article Release (FAR) process.
Provide technical advice for volume manufacturing, troubleshooting defective products.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and controls (ISO 9001 & 14001, DQS) regarding quality and safety requirements.
