I am working with a fast growing fin-tech business who are entering their next phase of growth having just secured a Series A investment round. The finance team need some additional support and are seeking a Finance Assistant to join the team on an interim basis (an initial period of 3 months).
This person will provide support to the Finance Manager on the transactional duties, which will include, but not limited to:
- uploading invoices,
- payment runs,
- bank reconciliations
- ME journals
- Supplier reconciliations
- Expense management
- Maintaining the finance inbox ensuring duties are dealt with in a timely fashion.
The ideal candidate will have had some experience using Xero, be a great team player and come in with a great attitude ready to hit the ground running from the off.
