As the Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Repairing, installing and servicing all medical technology equipment and software solutions
- Accurately diagnosing and resolving technical issues relating to equipment, software applications, networks, servers, cloud-based technology and solutions
- Communicating effectively with 2nd level support to ensure issues are reported effectively and resolved quickly
- Helping to achieve continual improvements in key service performance indicators
Based from home, with travel to support customers across Berkshire.
