Title: Early Careers Support Advisor

Location: Farnborough

Duration: 6 months

Rate: £250-400 Per day(Outside IR35)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To Project Manage Early Careers and Training events
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to deliver training and celebration events
  • Manage event budgets, purchasing, and logistical requirements
  • Manage the administrative process surrounding relocation of Early Careers community for placements
  • Support the creation of marketing materials / documentation to support any events
  • Be an onsite point of contact on event days
  • Support the Early Careers team in delivering training.

Key qualifications

  • Experience of leading early careers programmes
  • Demonstrable experience of managing positive relationships in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience of partnering with senior stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of learning and development best practice

Desired skill and knowledge

  • Outstanding communication skills to include presentation and facilitation, active listening and effective questioning and ability to present complex information in a clear, compelling and simple way
  • Relationship management skills: able to form effective relationships quickly with your key partners, maintain an active network, influence others and being a trusted partner
  • Critical-thinking skills; using analysis and evaluation to propose development plans
  • The ability to manage own workload, work autonomously and lead multiple projects/workstreams in a fast-paced business
