Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a customer focused individual with strong organisational skills to take on the role of Customer Support Coordinator within a very busy engineering function.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinating customer requests for service support
- Liaising with the Field engineering team and scheduling works diaries
- Ordering spare parts
- Ensuring customer are provided exceptional service at all times.
This is a full time, 16-month contract with immediate start for the right individual.
