We are delighted to be supporting a global technology company and pioneer of scientific optics across multiple industries, with the appointment of an experienced Customer Care Agent.

As Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering a high volume of customer and field-based employee calls
  • Complaints handling and management
  • Email processing
  • Maintaining CRM database
  • Liaising with internal departments to acquire customer enquiry resolutions
  • Ensuring work is completed within set SLA's and KPI's

If you have Call Centre experience or experience handling high call volumes within an office environment, this could be the ideal job for you.
