We are delighted to be supporting a global technology company and pioneer of scientific optics across multiple industries, with the appointment of an experienced Technical Support Agent

As Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for all technical customer queries
  • Supporting the Helpdesk Engineers by keeping customers updated on progress
  • Stock and price checking spare parts
  • Liaising with internal departments to acquire customer resolutions

If you have previous customer care experience with an excellent telephone manner, this could be the ideal job for you.
