  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial processes, aligning standards with market best practices, and eliminating waste and defects.
  • Evaluate deal economics for financial risk-reward, actively participating in leadership reviews and decision-making processes.
  • Review bids and contracts, identify and mitigate Commercial Finance risks, and collaborate on deal structuring for profitability and risk minimization.
  • Structure transaction Terms & Conditions for optimized revenue recognition, cash collection, and reduced financial risk.
  • Assess and advise on creditworthiness, payment securities, and financing structures for customers, subcontractors, and partners.
  • Lead ITO Trade Finance Instruments, covering negotiation, internal reviews, approvals, issuance, and closing, while identifying and mitigating Foreign Exchange exposure.
  • Strengthen Commercial and Finance processes to drive growth, improve metrics accuracy, and adhere to policies and instructions for recognition and reporting.
  • Responsible for critical activities in planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of Orders/Margins/Down Payments/Convertibility, and other commercial metrics.
  • Participate and lead specific projects as defined by Business Line Finance and Commercial leadership.


  • Degree in finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Similar recent experience (+5 years' experience).
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyse information to build reports and presentations.
