We are recruiting for a niche business who are a unique & market leading business in Diffusion bonded heat exchangers. We are looking to recruit a commercial manager to join their Energy & Equipment team on a permanent basis. The business manufacture compact heat exchangers that are used across a variety of power distribution platforms, such as shipping, marine propulsion, oil & gas production and high-performance cooling.
The role is focused on delivering commercial processes which include the negotiation & agreement of complex contracts, ranging from £250k up to £50 million in value. You will also be responsible for reviewing & drafting contractual documents negotiating agreements in accordance with corporate policy and legal requirements as well as managing and developing the bidding process, collaborating with sales, engineering & project management.
What are we looking for?
- Experienced in reviewing and producing complex contractual agreements.
- Ability to balance risk with returns.
- Reviewing and producing high value contracts, experience to include some PowerGen, Oil and Gas contract negotiation.
- An appreciation of Trade Compliance requirements.
We are looking for commercial managers with excellent prioritisation & conflict management skills as well as the ability to analyse & research data to compile information & prepare reports. Ideally, you will be competent with the use of Excel, powerpoint & MS office. Project management skills are also desirable as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with & influence senior stakeholders.
