Role Responsibilities:

  • Be able to edit NC programs and have excellent and proven milling machining experience
  • Ensure quality of product and operations to meet drawing and customer requirements to
    standard best practices
  • Ensure processes are implemented in an efficient manner in line with business targets
  • Be able to edit NC programs and have excellent and proven milling machining experience
  • undertake any other duty and responsibility as may be required by the Line
    Manager
  • Ensure all machine, shift and weekly targets are achieved in line with cost, quality and EHS
    requirements


Your experience:

  • Time served craft apprentice or equivalent, relevant experience
  • Steam turbine and/or Generator component knowledge would be advantageous
  • Experience in General industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of all CNC Machining, Milling, Vertical Turning, Boring, Centre lathe turning and
    basic manual machines
  • Setting and operating of CNC machining including 4/5 axis machines


Your qualifications:

  • Apprenticeship or Minimum L3 Engineering qualification
