The location of the role is London (hybrid remote working).

The duration of the contract is 6 months.

The pay rate on offer is £175 - 225 per day.

The client is an iconic, multinational high-street retailer.

Key accountabilities and measures

  • Collaborate with Franchise Commercial Team and our partners to translate the trade plan into effective Marketing Communications.
  • Responsible for managing the end-to-end process from brief to allocation of in-store marketing in collaboration with our agency partners to execute right first time, every time.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations for in-store marketing, working closely with our team, partners and our preferred agency(s).
  • Support the development of compelling, customer-centric propositions which are tailored to Franchise convenience formats.
  • Work closely with the broader Food Marketing Team to ensure Franchise is front of mind throughout the development of marketing campaigns and support the development of the Franchise Annual Plan.
  • Support the opening of new stores with engaging and relevant store specific local marketing.
  • Coordinate and lead the development of Store Communications to maximise colleague engagement and drive great implementation.
  • Respond with pace to support ad-hoc requests and short-term trading requirements.
  • Act as the go to person in Food Marketing Team for Franchise

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a confident self-starter.
  • Experience in creating engaging customer-centric propositions which deliver great results.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple multi-channel campaigns.
  • Known for working collaboratively and able to confidently manage and influence stakeholders at various management levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
