Location - London/Remote Working

Rate - £475/Day PAYE - £609/Day Umbrella

Start date - ASAP

Contract duration - Until end of Dec 2022 (Potential for contract extension for right candidate)

Our financial services client is currently seeking an Agile Adoption PM to join their team in the London office/remote working.

Job description:

Key duties may include the following

  • Develop change solutions, designs or options that are focused on successful change embedding
  • Ensure that audience change impacts and reactions are analysed and change interventions identified to manage those impacts and reactions across business
  • Identify and mitigate key Transformation Change and Implementation risks
  • Identify opportunities for early realisation of benefits
  • Influence and manage stakeholders and sponsor relationships in leading the change and achieving the benefits
  • Work with the programme team and sponsor to ensure Transformation Change and Implementation is embedded with that programme
  • Support the Transformation Leadership Team with key change information to help support portfolio management
  • Facilitate stakeholders through decisions, consulting them, influencing them and resolving any conflicts
  • Ensure that the OT SOW communication plan is aligned with OT overall plan and ongoing initiatives
  • Ensure SOW initiatives and news are successfully communicated to the staff, stakeholders and senior executives, where appropriate
  • Liaise with OT's Communication specialist to plan and implement the communication strategy
  • Liaise with OT's Transformation team to understand and analyse the stakeholders and communicate accordingly
  • Liaise with the SOW Culture and Communications Lead to report on progress, share learning's and collaborate with the communications community
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as OT's intranet/Confluence pages, regular email bulletins/newsletters, speed posts, blogs, Town-halls and special presentations
  • Monitor the click rate and responses received as a result of the communication for all the mediums, respond to the feedback and report to the leadership team, as required
  • Explore learning and sharing opportunities and communicate success stories in our agile journey
  • Plan and organise video recordings to support the communication strategy, as required
  • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different stakeholders

Essential experience required

  • Experience within a large, matrix organisation
  • Understanding of agile and SAFE methodologies
  • Able to demonstrate actions and an understanding in working in the best interests of the customer
  • Proven leadership skills in a changing environment
  • Somebody who has worked in Agile SME, Project Manager role
  • Experience and understanding in change and implementation
  • Experience in Agile implementations (Mandatory)
  • Understanding in People aspect of change (Mandatory)
  • Consulting background (Preferably)
  • From banking industry (Desirable)
