CX MRO Administrator
£12.32 per hour PAYE

Position Summary:

Reports to the CX MRO Accounts Specialist Team Leader, the CX MRO Administrator is responsible for accomplishing key aftermarket sales goals in relation to maintenance/Repair overhauled units. This position is key to supporting S&S in achieving key growth targets and contributing to the Sales Strategy for long term growth, including the responsibility for the key processes across a portfolio of customer accounts and the monitoring and reporting of sales metrics. This position will be located in Coventry.

Principle responsibilities:

  • Execute the MRO process in accordance with Customer Experience culture standards as part of CX Service Team
  • Manage the administration for a portfolio of customers including Contract Review, Quote generation, Repair Order entry, Expedite enquires in line with Customer Experience standards and to achieve annual targets
  • Contribute to the CX team at internal meetings as necessary and provide reports to wider management team as required with a focus on continuous improvement and business growth
  • Ensure enquiries are answered in a timely manner and the execution of duties carried out
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure CX standards can be achieved including Shop floor staff, Pricing, Planning, Stores, Shipping, Materials, Finance & Commercial
  • Provide regular assistance to produce reports to the leadership team on key metrics, order status and current performance for month end reporting purposes
  • Co-ordinate and expedite resources to successfully resolve customer enquiries.
  • Assuring customer (internal & external) satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the various service enquiries received.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education Level: GCSE level or equivalent experience
Area of Experience: 1+ Years of experience in aerospace office environment is preferable but not essential
