MCS Account Manager
Renowned leading international technology business requires an ambitious medical Account Manager for the East and West Midlands territory. They are offering a portfolio of well established customers with relationships within NHS Trusts as well as private hospitals.
This opportunity will allow you to join a successful team with the ability to sell innovative, market leading visualisation solutions and high end microsurgical capital equipment into theatres with a focus on Neuro, Spinal, ENT and Plastics. This is a strong, thriving team with all account managers either hitting or exceeding their targets.
You will responsible for
- Presenting and selling market leading microsurgical products to new and existing accounts
- Liaising with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to develop relationships and introduce products to senior decision makers
- Preparing tenders and proposals with the assistance of dedicated in-house teams
- Participating in marketing events and conferences
- Liaising with colleagues and support specialists to deliver sales and business objectives
- Networking within accounts to maximise exposure and ensure competitor analyses are up to date
- Understanding the customers needs to help them provide solutions within the company's portfolio
Person Specification
- Ability to identify new opportunities and work through the sales process to close the deal
- Experience within a medical sales or clinical environment would be beneficial
- Working knowledge and understanding of the theatre environment
- Experience selling within the NHS framework
- Ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of staff within the NHS and Private Hospitals
